Job duties
- Manage and maintain computerized inventory and order tracking systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Process and accurately input data related to IT assets, incoming shipments, and outgoing deliveries.
- Prioritize and execute tasks effectively on a daily basis, with a constant focus on SLA adherence.
- Assist in the coordination and scheduling of deliveries and pickups, optimizing logistics operations across regions.
- Prepare various reports and documents as required to support asset management processes.
- Maintain meticulous records and files to ensure compliance and facilitate auditing processes.
- Provide general administrative support to the warehouse team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to address any issues and optimize asset management processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental objectives and organizational needs.
Skills needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or asset management role is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in computer hardware and systems, basic data entry, and asset/inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability in data analytics to extract meaningful insights.
- Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of IT assets; prior IT experience is advantageous.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
