Job duties
- Develop a strong understanding of our customer journey, pain points, and associated internal workflows. You will have the freedom to define the workflows as well as integrate with third party vendors and tools to solve these complex problems for our customers.
- Set a platform strategy to achieve the north star metrics and contribute to the discussions of the long term strategy to make allwhere successful and profitable
- Align the vision, strategy and roadmap, in order to establish the company as the market leader
- Lead, hire and coach product managers and designers
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders and team to create collaboration models and operations to guide high velocity execution and deliver high quality insights
Skills needed
Qualifications
- Strong executor with a track record of driving meaningful impact against key business outcomes and building end to end experience with at least 8 years of experience eCommerce or product management
- Hands-on leader, comfortable working at all levels of organization. Ability to describe the problem and vision, combined with the capacity to dive into details
- Very good communication skills to convey difficult problems and obtain buy-in for solutions across the organization
- Understanding of iterative product discovery and development process including agile methodologies.
- Startup experience and are able to work effectively in a dynamic environment with changes with limited resources
- People management experience a plus
